This is a current project we are building in Gloucester. It will be a single storey Green Roof covered structure. The walls will be formed in Hempcrete, finished in Lime Render and plastered internally with Lime Plaster. The internal walls are Porotherm Clay Block walling.
The whole build is aimed to achieve Code 4 on the Code for Sustainable Homes.
It will incorporate modern technology such as Solar Thermal, MVHR and Consolar Thermal Store.
