We can provide the broad range of services that are typically required for a private extension.
Within the company we have ground workers, bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, tilers, plumbers and project managers. We sub contract electrical works but most other trades are covered in house. Our carpentry teams are extremely versatile covering not only carpentry but also kitchen fitting, window fitting and roofing works.
The reason for direct employment of as many trades as possible is to ensure a greater degree of control, reliability and accountability.
The sub contractors we do use are thoroughly vetted and aware of the company ethic.
This broad range of trades makes us ideally placed to provide a full maintenance service although we are not ideally placed to provide an emergency maintenance service.
Concept to Completion, from Planning to Complete Build
We can now manage and assist with the complete process from concept to completion, all on a fixed fee basis wherever possible. The aim is to make the process a cohesive and smooth exercise. The principle being that appointing one company to complete the whole process will remove the transitional areas from concept to drawings, drawings to building control and final plans to build. If any errors arise they are for us to deal with, with no one else to blame. We believe that it will not only be simpler but also more cost effective as there is little opportunity for communication breakdown.
