Our People
The people we work with are the company asset more than any other element of the business. Without their efforts the company would be worthless, without the company there is no vehicle to further us all.
JR Building is strongly committed to training programs and staff improvement and implements a full training and development plan aided by the CITB.
At any one time we have several apprentices in various stages of training and currently their is an ongoing program of management training and on site NVQ qualifications being achieved.
We are also proud to have recently achieved Investors in People. This is an accreditation that recognizes a company as a well organised body with procedures and controls in place that give surety of stability.
It is not possible to achieve Investors in People without being a long term committed company. It also promotes training and improvement of the people within the company. Outside of work we also have a couple of bashes a year to enjoys the fruits of our labours, this usually involves go karting, paint balling and sometimes beer.
We try and give some support back to the community that employs us by sponsoring the Arlingham Bonfire Night in aid of the Local Church and SARA.
