The Forest Hill Project
This project was a new build in place of a demolished house, affectionately referred to as “the ugly house” by its owners.
It is a handsome, large, six-bed, four-ensuite building built to modern standards with air source heat pump (ASHP) heating and partial mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR). Two modern style woodburning stoves feature in the two living rooms.
The kitchen is a handmade, bespoke kitchen reworked from a previous project.
No property, however dated or dilapidated, is beyond saving! That's where we come in.
